CHANGING BRAND PERCEPTION FOR THE BETTER.

Our campaign for Yorkshire Water, ‘#CourseItsBetter’, builds on our previous ‘This Is Yorkshire Water’ work. Originally the challenge was to reverse negative perceptions of the brand at billing time.With post campaign value-for-money scores up by 70%, this was a tremendous success. ‘Course It’s Better’ amplifies these new positive feelings, tapping into the strong sense of regional pride in Yorkshire, to create shareworthy content resulting in feedback scores unheard of for a utility company.

The anecdotal learnings and measured results from the previous year’s campaign gave us the insights, observations and evidence to put the target consumer even closer to the heart of the creative idea.
