Brief

Wolseley UK is the country’s largest plumbing, heating and cooling trade specialist. We were asked to create a campaign to drives sales of Wolseley PLUMBs emergency plumbing parts, because they are guaranteed to have the part you need, when you need it.

Audience

The campaign had to be delivered to various key audience groups, including large contractor customers, Wolseley staff and local plumbers, builders, bathroom installers and repair specialists who find themselves being called out to deal with customer emergencies.

Solution

When a plumber has the part they need in the back of the van, it’s one of the best feelings ever. Even more so in a plumbing emergency.

The message was simple. “At Wolseley, we have the part they need, guaranteed. So, whatever it is… IT’S PRACTICALLY IN THE VAN.”

We developed a fully integrated 6-month marketing campaign that delivers this message via radio, web assets, social and print design to acquire new customers and grow sales of emergency plumbing parts.
