We are delighted to announce that we are working together with Playmobil as their new consumer and trade PR partner in the UK.

The new brief has not only seen the arrival of a giant Playmobil knight to add some medieval fun to our reception, but it will also see us leading PR for the company’s rapidly-growing Lechuza brand of premium gardening planter products.

Our Creative & Technology and Propagation hives will be working closely together with the brand’s in-house team to launch new products and promote existing ranges of toy products and play-sets.

One of our first projects in 2017 will be to support the global PR campaign to promote Playmobil’s exciting new licenced Ghostbusters range – a new character set themed around the popular movie franchise – which includes the Ghostbusters’ classic firehouse, the ECTO-1, the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man, and most of the main characters from the original film – including firm agency favourite Slimer!

Playmobil has also partnered with DreamWorks Animation to develop a series of How To Train Your Dragon play-sets. Due for release in autumn 2017, the new Playmobil Dragon sets will feature Hiccup, Toothless, and the dragon riders of Berk.
