Brief

BioCare have over 30 years of expertise in the development of advanced, professional nutritional supplements. The ethos of the BioCare brand is all in the name. They care about people being the healthiest version of themselves. The brand has long been well known and well respected among nutritionists and nutritional therapists. They wanted to expand their targeting to build the direct-to-consumer channel, and needed new brand messaging and visual identity to reflect this.

Solution

Once we had immersed ourselves in the BioCare values, we were able to develop an evolution of the brand identity that spoke to all of their key audiences including; healthcare practitioners, retailers, consumers and business partners.


Comprehensive brand guidelines were developed including; brand values, logo design, typeface and iconography. A tone of voice was established to reflect their friendly, honest, clear, passionate and knowledgeable personality. Alongside this, a suite of assets were produced including website banners, social graphics, brochures, print adverts, leaflets, direct mail and stationery.


To ensure brand values were communicated right up to the point where an order was received, we designed brand new primary and eCommerce packaging too.
