A customer driven website that supports and rewards Triumph's customer base and engages newcomers to the brand.
The new website, which has been planned, specified and built by Cogent has been designed to deliver an immersive brand experience. Utilising the new Triumph branding; photography, video and other rich content are integrated within the design of the site.
The site also brings to life ‘Triumph World’, giving information about Triumph events as well as integrating Triumph’s Social Media platforms; including the British Brand’s popular YouTube channel and facebook page. Both of which support a network of enthusiasts and provide ideas, ride routes and mechanical feedback together with a feast of brand images and video.
From a commercial perspective, the site has allowed Triumph to capture customer data wherever appropriate and has already proven its capability to drive incremental sales through cross-selling of clothing, accessories and genuine parts.
