Retail sales are a key source of revenue for Manchester Airports Group, particularly over the peak summer holiday and Christmas periods. Cogent has developed a range of highly successful campaigns aimed at increasing average transaction values (ATV) and penetration over these key selling periods. We wanted to engage with target audience at all stages of the customer journey.
The results have been impressive with a normal ATV of 45 pounds rising to 85.95 pounds and 98.99 pounds over the summer and Christmas campaigns respectively.
