Working closely with the Client, we created 'works' - Baxi's largest ever installer loyalty programme.
‘works’ is a scheme designed to deliver real business benefits, aspirational rewards and personal incentives.
Our challenge included devising an exciting and flexible brand identity for the scheme and creating a full range of on and offline acquisition materials from brochures and welcome collateral to elements of the interactive website.
Following soft launches in two regions of the UK, which resulted in 100% migration of existing members of the previous loyalty scheme, ‘works’ has successfully launched to the mass market in the UK and we have since integrated other brands under the BDR Thermea umbrella.
