Cogent created a fun summer campaign to promote Arriva’s Family Saver tickets.
The integrated campaign included targeted messages for outdoor media and press advertising across 8 regions. We ran fantastic ambient events in key shopping centres using two characters, ‘Alfie’ the bus driver, and an ice lolly, both of whom interacted with shoppers and children. The characters promoted Arriva by handing out leaflets containing further information and specially produced Arriva branded lolly moulds.
Each communication piece included a unique QR code for that region to drive customers to the website and allowed subsequent measurement of the effectiveness of the campaign.
