Royal Wedding Street Party
Cogent's Social Committee organised a fantastic street party to celebrate the Royal Wedding.
The day before the official Bank Holiday saw the courtyard at Heath Farm transformed into the venue for our own street party.
In the true spirit of a British street party everyone got involved in preparing the food and hanging out the bunting.
We then had a few games to bring the celebrations to life. There was an energetic tug-of-war and a wonderful egg-and-spoon race.
Madeleine Carroll won the first Egg and Spoon race hands down, the second race was a closer competition with Michael Holton giving Maddie a run for her money, however she beat him to the post at the last moment!
It was a great event, well done once again to the hardworking Social Committee.
