Consumer Behaviour Marketing Masterclass in conjunction with Birmingham Business School
Professor Richard Bagozzi: Changing the way we think about consumers. Wednesday 30th March at 7pm.
Birmingham Business School and Cogent Elliott, are again delighted to host another Marketing Masterclass.
Author of The Social Psychology of Consumer Behaviour, Professor Bagozzi from the University of Michigan, will look at three studies which use neuroscience to examine the empathetic understanding of consumers needs, comparing this as a sales tool to a strategy of simply pushing products.
This insightful, academic lecture would be useful for any marketer interested in consumer behaviour and understanding the importance of focusing on consumer needs.
The series of lectures are being held at Birmingham Business School’s first class facilities and are completely free of charge.
Free parking is available cross the road from the Business School at the South Car Park.
