The audit will analyse your current situation and help you prioritise budget, resource and effort in enabling your brand to attract more customers and more sales. This will include a report outlining the current situation and identifying key actions required.
Brand Strategy
What does your brand stand for? Does everyone have the same view of the brand? This package will produce a defined and agreed brand, outlining the strategy, proposition, values, tone of voice and personality. It includes gaining engagement with key stakeholders. Additionally, if required, the strategy can be tested amongst key audience groups and brought to life creatively, to prepare for presentation to senior stakeholders such as the board.
Brand Implementation Planning

This package will produce a master project plan, outlining all key deliverables and timings, identifying quick wins and engaging key stakeholders in the process. How do you get employees to change their behaviour? How do you ensure your brand is being delivered in every customer contact? Everyone involved in contacting customers is a brand manager. This package will set you on the road to aligning employee behaviour to your brand. Depending on your requirements, this can include defining the internal values, culture and behaviour change, leadership development and practices, brand training and workshops, coaching and branding the HR processes.
